Onbase Developer I Enterprise Document Management
Provides technical solutions for complex workflows in OnBase and DocuSign. Supports full stack solution taking advantage of middle layer technologies (MuleSoft / Azure Service Bus and others) to provide seamless processes that bridge functions from primary platforms to other systems including PSFT, WorkDay and Salesforce. Act as Business / Systems Analyst to work with end users to define requirements and identify solutions across business departments. Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in feature identification meetings with UMGC. Independently lead Requirements gathering sessions with the business Develop functional specifications and develop the documentation for testing plans Configure complex OnBase workflows Configuration of OnBase and DocuSign management includes, but not limited to, form and field setup, security roles and process changes Identify new methods and/or processes to support the business objectives Conduct software demonstrations of features and capabilities as identified Manage technical configurations for Security and file transfers needed to support business Participate in defining technical Test Cases and review User Stories in Dev Ops Provide services to UMGC as reasonably assigned. Other duties as assigned As a Technical Systems Analyst:
Ability to understand complex issues from business and translate those to technical requirements for development Understanding of integrations functionality Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with staff at all levels of an organization and to work effectively with a wide range of customers, constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects. Education & Experience Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years developing solutions in OnBase / DocuSign that meet end user requirements Certifications: Relevant technical certifications and Training in primary systems including OnBase / DocuSign / SIS platforms Preferred Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree All submissions should include a cover letter and resume.
