AEM Developer

As an AEM Developer, you will support the enhancement of the organization's enterprise system. You will work as a member of the Learning & Innovation Team to build and enhance websites and related properties. You will be engaged in all phases of the Scrum software development lifecycle. You will design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications and perform defect corrections (analysis, design, code). You will participate in design meetings and consult with business customers to refine, test, and debug programs to meet business needs. Duties and Responsibilities

Developing user experiences and providing ongoing support for digital products Participating as a member of cross-functional teams on a diverse set of projects through the entire development life cycle Engaging with design teams to deliver front-end to middle-tier experiences. Taking a given feature and translating that to native AEM features (templates, components) Engaging with the team to create optimal content entry experiences and workflows Installing customizing, and integrating commercial software packages Facilitating root cause analysis of system issues Reviewing new and existing code and performing unit testing Creating system documentation/play books Attending requirements, design and code reviews Receiving work packages from manager and/or delegates Creating system documentation/play book(s) and participating as a reviewer and contributor in requirements, design and code reviews As a member of the team he will also be expected to work with other technologies as needed Skills

Adobe Experience Manager and AEM Core components (Example: Sling, OSGI, JCR, Dispatcher) Java (OSGi, JSP, Servlets) IMS Global Standards (LTI, LIS, Caliber etc) Web front end technologies such as: HTML5, SASS, css3, Bootstrap, jQuery Sightly (AEM Templating language) and CoralUI/TouchUI Automating builds with Maven using CI Servers like Jenkins/Hudson VPAT, accessibility and/or ADA compliance Customer relationship management Education & Experience Requirements

Experience: Minimum of two years of software development experience in AEM demonstrating depth of technical understanding within AEM Sites, Assets, and Workflows Experience in Online Education Experienced in Agile Scrum Development methodology Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, leaders, managers, and subject matter experts Preferred Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree All submissions should include a cover letter and resume.
