What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Perform research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to managers - Develop solutions through root-cause analysis of complex issues related to Broker/Dealer business - Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, procedures, and policies - Analyze trading activity and execute trades to correct errors made by registered representatives - Collaborate with legal, compliance, and management on processing legal orders and customer complaints
What is Required (Qualifications): - HS Diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry - Series 7 & 24 licenses required at time of application - At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Availability to work a hybrid schedule if residing within 50 miles of the office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor’s Degree - Over 5 years of experience in the financial services industry - Highly collaborative team player with exceptional attention to detail
