Production Operator

Pay: Up to $23/hr Contract-to-Hire Position Company Overview: A leading manufacturer of precision-machined automotive components, known for innovation, quality, and customer service. We specialize in powertrain and safety-critical parts and are committed to modern manufacturing technology and continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators by preparing and loading materials into production equipment. Monitor production output to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications. Learn to troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain smooth operation and minimize downtime. Use measurement tools such as calipers and gauges to inspect parts for accuracy. Read and follow blueprints and work instructions to complete tasks correctly. Accurately complete production and quality documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards. Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Key Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in machine operation, production, or manufacturing. Proficient with hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong attention to detail and quality. Experience in metal manufacturing or automotive parts production is a plus. Good math skills and mechanical aptitude. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
