Moreover, you will oversee the maintenance of student and faculty records, coordinate program committees, and act as a vital link between the community and the college. Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field centered on nursing and education administration, and possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative capacity. You should also have at least 2 years of teaching experience in nursing programs and 2 years of direct patient care as a registered nurse. A current RN license is essential, complemented by proven experience in supervision, planning, and maintaining budgets.
