The successful candidate will be a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with a strong background in restaurant-based food safety, allergen management, and wellness programming. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and ensuring consistent execution of food safety and wellness initiatives in partnership with chefs, operators, and client stakeholders. Salary:

Food Safety & Wellness Manager
to oversee wellness, allergen labeling, food safety, quality assurance, and audit compliance across multiple office dining operations for a tech client. This role ensures food safety, inclusivity, and high quality aligned with the company's values. Responsibilities
Food Safety & Quality Assurance:
Lead site-level food safety programs, conduct audits, develop corrective actions, and serve as the point of contact for incidents. Allergen Labeling & Risk Management:
Implement allergen control systems, train staff, ensure accurate labeling, and serve as SME for menu management software. Wellness Programming:
Support wellness food offerings, collaborate on educational campaigns, and represent nutrition expertise in meetings and events. Training & Team Support:
Develop and deliver training, mentor team members. Corporate Collaboration:
Engage with corporate food safety and wellness teams to ensure standards are met. Customer Service:
Represent the company professionally and respond to customer feedback promptly. Qualifications
Registered Dietitian credential required. State licensure where applicable. Experience in high-volume foodservice, culinary nutrition, or food safety. Serve-Safe Manager certification required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel up to 40%. Apply to Compass Group today!
