The successful candidate will be a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with experience in restaurant-based food safety, allergen management, and wellness programming. This role involves driving improvements and ensuring consistent execution of food safety and wellness initiatives in collaboration with chefs, operators, and stakeholders. Salary:

We seek a dedicated
Food Safety & Wellness Manager
to oversee wellness, allergen labeling, food safety, quality assurance, and audits across multiple office dining operations for a tech client, ensuring food safety, inclusivity, and quality in five major U.S. cities. Responsibilities: Food Safety & Quality Assurance:
Lead site-level food safety program execution, conduct audits, develop corrective actions, and serve as the point of contact for safety incidents. Allergen Labeling & Risk Management:
Manage allergen control systems, train teams, ensure accurate labeling, and support menu software coordination. Wellness Programming:
Support wellness food offerings, collaborate on campaigns, and represent nutrition expertise in meetings and events. Training & Team Support:
Develop and deliver training, mentor team members. Corporate Connections:
Participate in meetings with corporate safety and wellness teams. Customer Service:
Provide courteous interactions, respond to comments, and relay feedback. Perform other duties as assigned by the Nutrition Director or RVP. Qualifications:
Registered Dietitian credential by CDR required State licensing where applicable Interest in sustainability and food practices Minimum 5 years in foodservice, culinary nutrition, or food safety in high-volume environments Serve-Safe Manager certification required Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel up to 40% Experience with tech clients or hospitality preferred Comfort with digital tools and dashboards Apply to Compass Group today!
