Regional Maintenance Specialist - Northern, CA South Bay
Ideal candidate will reside in the South Bay area.
The Regional Maintenance Specialist supports our senior living communities across Northern California. This role involves acting as a Maintenance Director in their absence, overseeing maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations to ensure the property is safe, clean, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include managing staff, planning, organizing, and supervising maintenance and housekeeping departments, and making recommendations regarding staff evaluations and disciplinary actions.
This position may require travel throughout California, with extensive travel within Northern California. The right candidate will reside in Northern California.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to train new Maintenance Directors and implement Oakmont systems from the ground up!
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years' experience in residential maintenance and/or housekeeping, handling electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs
Knowledge of building construction, budgeting, expense management, preventative maintenance software, and basic computer skills
Prefer at least one year of supervising and managing employees
