About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Total Rewards to lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, executive rewards, well-being, global mobility, and recognition. This executive will work closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer and senior leadership to ensure that the total rewards strategy is in line with the business strategy, market standards, and the company's culture and values. Key accountabilities for the role include developing and leading the total rewards strategy, serving as a trusted advisor on executive compensation and emerging trends, and overseeing the design and administration of global benefits and well-being programs.
