The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic advisor on all financial matters, leading financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and reporting to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability and fiscal integrity. This role involves overseeing investments, audits, compliance, and financial systems, and working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Finance Committee to align financial operations with the organization's mission and strategic goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, advising on risk management, and serving as a trusted partner to senior leaders.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 7 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly in a nonprofit setting, is required. The role demands a strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
