American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN with strong Epic skills and recent hospital experience for a fast-paced night shift position.Job Details•Work on a 36-bed medical/surgical unit caring for patients aged 17 and older,•Patient population includes general surgery, colorectal, urology, women's health, gynecology, Gyn oncology, plastics, ENT, trauma, cardiothoracic, orthopedic, spinal/neuro overflow, as well as obstetrical cases such as preeclampsia, substance withdrawal, and diabetic pregnancies,•Typical nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:5 to 1:6,•Night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am,•Floating to other units is required,•Epic EMR experience within the last year is mandatory,Job Requirements•Active RN license required,•Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing,•Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience,•Current BLS certification from AHA or AHA RQI required,•Experience with Epic EMR within the past year required,•Copy of driver's license and full Social Security number required for consideration,•Compliance with local bill rate rules if residing within 40 miles,Additional Information•Care for a diverse patient population with rapidly changing conditions in a fast-paced environment,•Solid black scrubs are required for all shifts,•Requests for block scheduling will not be considered,•Maximum of 7 days of requested time off allowed; no time off in the first two weeks of the assignment,•Holiday coverage and weekend shifts may be required,),•hash,:•13892550429608398701,
