Travel RN - Med/Surg Float Pool

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Float position with required ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications and the ability to float between units.Job Details•Hospital-based Med/Surg and Telemetry float pool setting,•Night shifts available with options for 3x12 or 4x12 hour schedules (7p-7a),•Patient ratio typically 1:5 or 1:6, with rare increases to 1:7,•Expected to float between units with similar acuity as needed, sometimes more than once per week,•All units may treat patients diagnosed with COVID-19,•Epic EMR experience is strongly preferred,Job Requirements•Active RN license required,•Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required,•Epic EMR experience required,•Minimum two professional references needed for consideration,•No flu vaccine declinations or exemptions accepted,•Must provide proof of education,•Must submit copy of driver's license and Social Security card,Additional Information•May be placed on call for one 12-hour shift per pay period in low census situations, with one hour report-in time if called back,•Weekend and holiday coverage required as part of the schedule,•Block scheduling requests considered if required weekend coverage is included,•Travelers are expected to float to units of like or lower acuity based on the hospital's needs,•First-time travelers will be considered,•Local candidates within 75 miles are accepted,),•hash,:•8518421875408649983,
