What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Perform research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to managers - Develop solutions through root-cause analysis of complex issues related to Broker/Dealer business - Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, procedures, and policies while determining best practices - Make level-appropriate decisions, weighing business risk and customer service, and document justifications for exception processing - Analyze trading activity of registered representatives to correct errors made by internal business partners
What is Required (Qualifications): - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1+ year of experience at the employer and/or 3+ years of financial services experience - Series 7 & 24 required at the time of application - 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Candidates residing within 50 miles of the employer's office will be expected to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in the office
