The ideal candidate will perform a variety of nursing care procedures that require professional knowledge and the ability to work independently while considering specific patient conditions and treatments. Nursing duties will involve providing support to individuals of all ages and their families, guided by physician's orders, standards of care, and nursing policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.- Participate in nursing meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. Qualifications: - A valid, current, full, and unrestricted Nursing License to practice in any state of the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility.- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.- Completion of Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire.- Completion of the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within six months of hire. Work Schedule: - Shifts available: and ; requires working every other weekend. Housing Information: - Shared housing units available for $600 per month, based on availability. - No family or pets allowed in housing.
