Program Director , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Responsible for the overall flexible design and implementation of service delivery of outreach programs. Promote outreach programs before various community, judicial, or governmental bodies. Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training and development of all program staff. Supervise, evaluate and discipline staff in carrying out their defined responsibilities and compliance with agency policies and procedures. Assist Community Maternity Services in seeking funding to support all programs. Research and write grants specific to outreach counties. Collect data and provide outcome reports to all funding sources. Program Director
Minimum Salary: $25.00 Program Director
Maximum Salary: $30.00 Program Director
