What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts - Develop business strategies and manage targeting and penetration strategies for new accounts - Oversee large, complex accounts and ensure achievement of sales quotas - Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new product categories and business opportunities - Provide forecasts and updates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7+ years in outside sales, ideally in the data center space, with at least 2+ years managing key accounts - Knowledge of electrical power products, specifically within data centers - Ability to travel 50% of the time and possess a valid driver's license - Skills in managing multiple tasks/projects and developing effective presentations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Knowledge in program/project management - Proven ability to resolve quality and delivery concerns in a professional and timely manner
