What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts - Develop business strategies and set targeting and penetration strategies for new accounts - Grow and manage large, complex accounts while achieving sales quotas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities - Serve as the direct line of communication between the customer and the employer, ensuring compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7+ years in outside sales within the data center space and 2+ years managing key accounts - Ability to work 100% remotely and travel nationally, with a valid driver's license - Knowledge of electrical power products within data centers and direct/channel sales models - Skills in managing multiple tasks/projects and delivering effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Knowledge in program/project management - Proven ability to develop and recommend solutions with maximum value - Skills to effectively resolve quality and delivery concerns in a professional manner - Strong ability to work in a self-directed manner
