What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts - Develop and implement business strategies to meet the needs of both the employer and key accounts - Achieve sales quotas while managing and growing large, complex accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities - Provide regular forecasts to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and manage customer relationships effectively
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors degree or relevant outside sales experience - Minimum of 7 years in outside sales within the data center space and at least 2 years managing key accounts - Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally 50% of the time - Knowledge of electrical power products related to data centers - Skills in managing multiple projects and delivering effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Knowledge of direct and channel sales models - Background in program/project management - Strong ability to develop and recommend high-value solutions - Proven track record of resolving quality and delivery concerns effectively
