We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our
sales RatedPower team in Madrid to cover UK market . This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions.Be a part of the energy transition and join our growing team, creating intelligent connections across the energy value chain with a strategic focus on growing our offerings in Power & Renewables.
Performance Objectives Representing our companys products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them. Proactively seeking new leads and business opportunities in the market. Using Salesforce tools (CRM, sales engagement platform), cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities. Setting up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives. Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps. Identifying best practices to refine the companys lead generation playbook. Identifying prospects needs and suggesting appropriate products/services. Reporting to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results. Prospecting potentials leads by performing market research and identifying new opportunities.
Competitive Candidate Profile
Fluent English (C2 level) Prior experience is not required but will be valued. Empathy and good communication skills via phone and email. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment. Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. Highly self-driven sense of motivation.
Desired Skills
Studies in Business and Engineering are positively valued. Other languages are a plus. Mainly: Spanish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, and French. Seniority level
