Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. This role is essential for managing schedules, coordinating events, and handling various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings Coordinate event planning from conception to execution, ensuring all details are handled efficiently Provide executive administrative support, including typing correspondence and proofreading documents Assist with project coordination by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, presentations, and spreadsheets Answer phone calls with professionalism and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette Support vendors and manage inquiries Conduct transcription of meetings or notes as required Qualifications

R equirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role with relevant experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document preparation Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence and customer service interactions Experience in calendar management using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Previous experience in office management or clerical roles is advantageous Benefits:
