Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy strategies to support their personal journey towards functional goals Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills and daily activities, enhancing their overall functioning Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care for each individual Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to both patients and their families about therapy methods that promote continuous healing beyond your sessions Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes diligently and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay aligned with their goals Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and will be supported Licenses

Active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license required NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary Essential Skills
