Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

serves as the face of the organization, welcoming patients and ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient blood specimen collection. This role requires

phlebotomy expertise , excellent communication, and a commitment to patient trust, confidentiality, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the supervisor's direction. Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens per established procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Create a professional and positive patient experience while ensuring safety. Demonstrate organizational commitment and represent the company positively to patients, clients, and the public. Provide flexibility for overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call needs. Required Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience required. High school diploma or equivalent. Keyboard/data entry proficiency. Nice-to-Have Experience:

1+ years of phlebotomy experience. Customer service experience in healthcare, retail, or service industries. Required Skills:

Excellent phlebotomy skills (pediatric and geriatric included) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and patient communication skills Preferred Skills:

Medical assistant or paramedic training Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA; preferred elsewhere) Knowledge of safety and compliance standards Additional Skills:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments Commitment to company policies, procedures, and dress code Benefits:
