Provide high-level administrative support to the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation, assisting with day-to-day operations, managing departmental activities, and supporting faculty and staff. Duties & Responsibilities: Oversees planning and implementation of special events (Grand Rounds) Manages departmental reception area and related duties Processes staff reimbursements and submits receipts Assists in billing and revenue cycle reporting, procurement, and payments Reconciles T-Card and P-card purchases Supports fellowship program recruitment, evaluations, and meetings Manages FMWEB requests and emergencies Handles vendor reporting and payments Manages departmental mail services/mailboxes Supports Department Leadership and other duties as needed Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Five (5) years of combined experience in relevant areas, including college coursework in business, finance, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience *Additional education or experience in specialized areas may be required depending on the position.
