Field Service Technician I

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician I to join their team in Las Vegas, NV and provide end-user support. This hybrid role includes some remote work-from-home training and administrative tasks but is primarily field-based, driving to customer locations to perform break-fix repairs, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, and OEM hardware installs. This tech will work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with rotating on-call after training, possible overtime, and mileage reimbursement for daily travel. Duties and Responsibilities: Repair printers, laptops, desktops, POS systems, servers, and networking equipment; using hand / power tools (e.g. drills) Update service tickets in Clearvision Meet 4 to 6 hour SLA targets Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 to 5+ years of experience is preferred not required A+ and Lexmark certifications are a plus Experience with Client, Dell, and Lenovo devices, are a plus Excellent customer service with clear communication skills Hands-on hardware repair skills Familiarity with ticketing systems Ability to interact professionally with customers Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
