Jim Coleman Toyota is hiring a Used Car Manager As a third-generation, family-owned dealership, the Coleman name has stood for integrity, innovation, and top-tier customer service in the Washington-Metropolitan and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. We're looking for a results-driven leader to carry that legacy forward. What You'll Do As our Used Car Sales Manager, you'll take charge of a dynamic team and oversee the full used car sales cycle-from inventory to contracts-with a hands-on, customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team Desk deals, manage leads, and drive sales performance daily Ensure timely collection of contracts, rebates, and paperwork Monitor and manage inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategy Maintain strong gross profit margins and high customer satisfaction scores Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Collaborate with the F&I department to increase backend profitability Analyze market trends and implement action plans for continued growth What We're Looking For Proven success as a Sales Manager or Desk Manager in retail automotive Experience in used vehicle acquisition, merchandising, and marketing Strong closing ability and proficiency in desking tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, train, and motivate a winning team High standards for CSI, performance, and accountability Experience with vAuto and eLeads preferred but not required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Join Jim Coleman Toyota?
