Evergreen Wealth is seeking a skilled
DevOps Engineer
to design, build, and manage the infrastructure behind Evergreen Wealths core platform and intelligent customer experiences. Youll work across cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling to keep our systems performant, secure, and ready for AI-enhanced workloads. This is a hands-on role where youll automate, optimize, and support modern infrastructure powering everything from secure web services to real-time, data-driven applications. Youll also design integrations that connect our infrastructure to internal and external systems, ensuring seamless workflows across our ecosystem. Responsibilities Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines. Implement secure and scalable networking, container orchestration, and identity management solutions. Partner with developers to deploy services that integrate with modern AI components and data workflows. Design and maintain integrations between cloud infrastructure, internal services, and third-party tools to support data, security, and AI workflows. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems with a focus on uptime, cost, and performance. Automate operational tasks including image builds, secrets management, DR planning, and audit log management. Contribute to runbooks, documentation, and security/compliance automation.
Qualifications
35 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps. Strong knowledge of AWS services, including IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, Bedrock, etc. Proficiency with IaC with Terraform. Experience with CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions preferred). Experience working with containerized services (ECS/EKS). Experience with monitoring stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry). Understanding of secure networking practices. Familiarity with cloud architectures that support AI/ML workloads, including inference pipelines and high-throughput data services. Experience with service integrations (e.g., APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems) in cloud environments. Scripting in Python, Bash, or similar. Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and security best practices. Experience with ephemeral environments.
