Various Locations (Hybrid) A confidential firm is seeking experienced Accounting Managers and Controllers to join its growing team. These are hybrid roles offering the opportunity to lead accounting teams and contribute to the financial operations of well-established organizations. The ideal candidates will bring a strong foundation in accounting and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements. Maintain investment, equity, and debt schedules. Manage fixed asset software and related journal entries. Assist with year-end audits and special projects as assigned. Collaborate with management and leadership to improve accounting processes and performance. Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience. CPA preferred. Strong understanding of accounting procedures and terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with industry-specific software is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Salary range: $120,000–$150,000 (depending on experience). Discretionary bonus potential. Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year. Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
