Essential Function : Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Develop the strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers, as part of their development, support the Store Manager in all areas outlined below and are responsible for all Primary Duties when the Store Manager is not present. Primary Duties

Brand : Supervises and guides daily goals and activities of associates to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs and drive customer loyalty. Ensures brand standards are met (merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc.). Acts as main contact to resolve customer issues and concerns. Analyzes store trends and anticipates customer demands. People : Engages, trains and develops teams; leverages internal hiring platforms and actively recruits externally when required; identifies strengths and opportunities for each associate and coaches accordingly. Maintains positive associate relations and communicates company information; fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging. Operations : Ensures execution of company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement. Utilizes digital strategies such as Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS). Inventory, Payroll and Scheduling : Manages inventory through ordering and shipment processing; schedules hours to meet business needs; ensures opening and closing procedures are performed correctly and adheres to company directives. Safety/Loss Prevention : Maintains a safe store environment; enforces policies; protects assets by following inventory and cash control procedures; analyzes reports and uses tools; ensures HAZMAT training compliance where applicable. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives Effective communication with team and management Scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business Cosmetology license desirable, but not required Competencies
