Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HRIS Manager to lead and optimize our Human Resources Information Systems for our client in the non profit industry. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, or SAP, and a strong understanding of HR operations, data integrity, and system integrations. The HRIS Manager will play a key role in driving system enhancements, ensuring compliance, and supporting HR initiatives through technology.

Base pay Base pay range:
$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the HRIS platform (Oracle, Workday, or SAP).
Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify system needs and implement solutions.
Manage data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support strategic HR decision-making.
Oversee system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
Train and support HR team members and end-users on system functionality.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Collaborate on process improvements and automation initiatives across HR functions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on HRIS experience, including system implementation and management.
Expertise in at least one major HRIS platform: Oracle, Workday, or SAP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
