We are looking for an experienced consumer growth marketer to join the Consumer Growth Marketing team at DoorDash.
About the Team DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. The consumer growth marketing team focuses on building and nurturing our consumer base by delivering an engaging and relevant cross-channel experience. The team is growing rapidly, and this role will be a leader on the team, helping develop our marketing approach and grow with the team as it expands.
About The Role We’re looking for a talented and driven performance marketer with strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and online paid social channels to join our Consumer Growth Marketing team. This role will have an immediate impact by supporting the performance of the affiliate marketing program for US and International markets. You will lead analysis, solve complex problems, and make strategic recommendations to drive the business forward and refine our affiliate marketing program. You will work cross-functionally with other DoorDash teams and partners to test and implement new marketing technologies.

Manage million-dollar monthly budgets across affiliate campaigns across the US, Canada, and Australia
Work closely with agencies and the in-house team to optimize affiliate marketing across different DoorDash lines of business
Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, with the speed and ownership to adjust tactics and strategies quickly based on learnings and opportunities
Direct and manage agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets
Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels, including budget pacing, LTV, and CAC
Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance, including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and new channel expansion
Test new channel/product features to identify incremental audiences and inventory for accelerating growth
Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met
We’re Excited About You Because…
Experience with managing affiliate marketing channels
A BA/BS degree and 4+ years of related performance marketing
You have deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and a solid grasp of A/B testing and metrics-driven performance marketing
Creative, collaborative, and able to tackle challenging problems with teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data-driven decision making
Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred)
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data processing scripts (preferred)
Experience working on multi-sided marketplace businesses (preferred)
We expect this position to be filled by 10/11/2025.
Compensation and Benefits The starting pay range for this position is $83,000—$122,000 USD and is localized by work location. In addition to base salary, there are opportunities for equity grants. DoorDash offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans, 401(k) with employer matching, paid parental leave, wellness and commuter benefits, paid time off, and other programs.
