We are growing our consumer marketing team and seeking an experienced consumer growth marketer to join at an exciting time for DoorDash. About The Role

We’re looking for a talented performance marketer with strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and online paid social channels to join our Consumer Growth Marketing team. This role supports the performance of the affiliate marketing program for US and International markets, leading analysis, solving complex problems, and making strategic recommendations to drive the business forward and refine our affiliate program. You will work cross-functionally with other DoorDash teams and partners to test and implement new marketing technologies. Responsibilities

Manage million-dollar monthly budgets across affiliate campaigns in the US, Canada, and Australia Collaborate with agencies and the in-house team to optimize affiliate marketing across DoorDash lines of business Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations; adjust tactics quickly based on learnings Direct and manage agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets Monitor key metrics across channels (budget pacing, LTV, CAC) Manage an experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, incrementality tests, new channel expansion) Test new channel/product features to identify incremental audiences and inventory Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met Qualifications

Experience managing affiliate marketing channels BA/BS degree and 4+ years in performance marketing Familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; strong grasp of A/B testing and data-driven marketing Creative, analytical, and collaborative; ability to tackle problems in a fast-moving environment Attention to detail with strong multitasking skills; comfortable with data-driven decision making Strong quantitative and analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred) Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data processing scripts (preferred) Experience in multi-sided marketplace businesses (preferred) Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $83,000—$122,000 USD, plus opportunities for equity. Base salary localized by work location and market conditions.
