Senior Associate - Affiliate, Growth Marketing, Consumer at DoorDash. We are seeking an experienced consumer growth marketer to join our Consumer Growth Marketing team to lead affiliate marketing initiatives across the US and International markets. About The Team

The consumer growth marketing team focuses on building and nurturing our consumer base by delivering an engaging cross-channel experience. The role offers the opportunity to lead analysis, solve complex problems, and test and implement new marketing technologies with cross-functional partners and external agencies. About The Role

We’re looking for a talented performance marketer with strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and online paid social channels to support the performance of the affiliate marketing program for our US and International markets. You will be at the forefront of analysis, strategic recommendations, and program growth, and you will work cross-functionally with other DoorDash teams and partners to test and implement new marketing technologies. Responsibilities

Manage multi-million-dollar monthly budgets across affiliate campaigns in the US, Canada, and Australia Collaborate with agencies and the in-house team to optimize affiliate marketing across DoorDash lines of business Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, and adjust tactics quickly based on learnings Direct and manage agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets Monitor key metrics across channels (budget pacing, LTV, CAC) Maintain an experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, incrementality tests, new channel expansion) Test new channel/product features to identify incremental audiences and inventory Coordinate with other teams to ensure goals are met Qualifications

Experience managing affiliate marketing channels BA/BS degree and 4+ years of related performance marketing Familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong grasp of A/B testing and metrics-driven performance marketing Creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred) Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data processing scripts (preferred) Experience in multi-sided marketplace businesses (preferred) Compensation & Benefits

The starting pay range is $83,000–$122,000 USD and is localized by location. Eligible for equity grants.
