The consumer growth marketing team focuses on building and nurturing our consumer base by delivering an engaging and relevant cross-channel experience. The team is growing rapidly, and this role is expected to lead and help develop our marketing approach as the team expands. About The Role

We’re seeking a talented performance marketer with strong affiliate marketing knowledge and experience in online paid social channels. This role supports the performance of the affiliate marketing program for US and International markets and involves leading analysis, solving complex problems, and making strategic recommendations to drive growth. Manage million-dollar monthly budgets across affiliate campaigns in the US, Canada, and Australia Collaborate with agencies and the in-house team to optimize affiliate marketing across different DoorDash lines of business Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations; adjust tactics quickly based on learnings Direct and manage agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets Monitor key metrics across channels, including budget pacing, LTV, and CAC Manage an experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, incrementality tests, new channel expansion) Test new channel/product features to identify incremental audiences and inventory for growth Collaborate with other teams to ensure goals are met We’re Excited About You Because…

You are a results-oriented marketer with experience managing large budgets across affiliate channels You are highly analytical and proficient in CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV You excel at A/B testing, optimizing CAC, and data-driven decision making You are creative, collaborative, and capable of solving challenging problems in a fast-moving environment You value attention to detail and effective multitasking in deadline-driven settings You have strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with comfort in data analysis Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred); knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data processing scripts (preferred); experience with multi-sided marketplaces (preferred) Qualifications

Experience with managing affiliate marketing channels BA/BS degree and 4+ years of related performance marketing experience Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong grasp of data-driven marketing Strong creative and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment Strong analytical, quantitative, and data-driven decision-making skills Compensation & Benefits

The starting base salary will be within the market pay range and is determined by factors including location, skills, and experience. Base salary is localized by work location, and ranges may be modified in the future. This role includes opportunities for equity grants.
