Overview We are seeking a highly experienced
Vice President of Preconstruction
to lead and expand our preconstruction department. The ideal candidate will bring
15+ years of estimating experience
on large commercial mechanical projects and a proven record of
leading teams and managing complex bids . This executive-level role will be responsible for overseeing all preconstruction activities, including conceptual estimating, budgeting, value engineering, and proposal development. The VP will also mentor and grow the estimating team while building strong relationships with general contractors, clients, and trade partners.
Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and expand the preconstruction department.
Oversee estimating and budgeting for large commercial mechanical projects.
Build and maintain strong GC and client relationships.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to team members.
Qualifications
15+ years of mechanical estimating experience.
Proven leadership and department management experience.
Strong client and GC relationship skills.
