Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking a mid to senior level IP litigation associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in Palo Alto, CA. The salary for this position is between $225k to $435k.
Qualifications
3-6 years of IP litigation experience specializing in trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and complex commercial litigation.
Some familiarity in proceedings before the USPTO, TTAB, FTC, and/or ITC is preferred.
California bar admission is required.
Excellent academic credentials.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
