Qualifications
25 years of experience in technology transactions, focusing on high-tech commercial transactions and intellectual property licensing. Experience with drafting and negotiating complex license agreements, as well as agreements involving AI, software and content licensing, cloud hosting services, application hosting, partnership and distribution, and IP development. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US. About Us
