Overview Sr. Contract Operations Specialist ensures all contract terms and metadata of Megapack commercial contracts are captured and systematized. This is a key role responsible for managing contract templates and contracting processes pertaining to Megapack commercial sales agreements, and ensuring all contracts and data are entered into systems accurately and timely. This role will work closely with our Commercial Sales, Sales Ops, and in-house Legal teams.
Responsibilities
Perform quality-check and audit of systematized contract data, and manually capture/enter contract data if it is missed during contracting process
Create and maintain accurate records of all contracts; Ensure 100% completeness and accuracy of all Megapack commercial sales agreement data
Manage contract template change log, revision, and clause variance in Tesla’s commercial contracting system
Ensure the templates are always up-to-date, stored and configured as ready to use by all user groups
Partner with Business Analytics to ensure 100% of contract data is ready-to-use and reportable
Partner with Legal to continuously improve commercial sales contracting process
Partner with IT to continuously improve contracting management platform, lead user testing and user communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field or equivalent experience
Minimal 2 years in contract operations, contract management, or comparable experience
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience and proficiency with contracting system and platform is a must
Experience in large, complex data migration is a must

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
