Overview The HRIS Manager provides strategic, functional, and technical leadership in the development, implementation, and optimization of HR systems across Henry Crown and Company (HCC), CC Industries (CCI), and portfolio companies under management agreements. The role focuses on overseeing and enhancing the current HRIS environment—primarily Oracle HCM Cloud—to support operational excellence and business alignment. This position drives continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency to support long-term HR goals. Partnering with cross-functional HR teams, the HRIS Manager designs and delivers scalable technology solutions that meet current needs and support future growth. The role enables data-driven decision-making, enhances the employee experience, and ensures smooth operation of HR systems and processes.

Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Serve as the system owner and subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud, providing leadership in ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of the platform across all units.

Develop and support a holistic technology roadmap to enable system engagement and end-user action across the enterprise.

Manage system integrations, including Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations and Enterprise-wide SFTP, ensuring timely processing with third-party vendors.

Develop and manage HRIS staff, aligning team capabilities with evolving needs and technology advances.

Analyze HR processes to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and configure Oracle-based solutions.

Gather feedback from CoEs and HRBPs to identify stakeholder needs and optimization opportunities.

Develop, maintain, and enforce HRIS policies and procedures related to security, data governance, and compliance.

Design and deliver training and documentation for HR teams and employees on Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Monitor system performance and data integrity; conduct audits and reconciliations between Oracle and other systems.

Oversee resolution of Oracle SR tickets with offshore consultants and internal teams.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with supporting staff to ensure timely outcomes.

Support year-end processes related to payroll, benefits, and compliance reporting with HR, Payroll, and Finance.

Partner with HR leaders to enhance the knowledge base for accurate employee support.

Performs other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s); Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred.

Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HRIS experience, including at least 2 years in a people management or team leadership role. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

HRIS Project Management: full life-cycle HR system implementations and enhancements.

Vendor Management: experience with external vendors and SaaS partners, preferably Oracle or similar platforms.

Technical & Functional Expertise: HRIS architecture, integrations, data governance, security; hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience.

Data & Reporting Proficiency: developing and interpreting HR reports/dashboards using tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher.

Change & Stakeholder Management: cross-functional collaboration to align system capabilities with goals.

Team Leadership & Development: experience managing HRIS professionals and fostering growth.

AI & Innovation Orientation: awareness of AI, automation, and analytics in HR operations.

Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management is desirable.

Ability to learn and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment law to systems configuration.
