AI Business Solutions, Cloud Solution Architect , you will be passionate about driving our customers’ business applications & AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. In this customer-facing role, you will own both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home. Travel percentages will vary according to role. Customer Centricity: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. Actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes. Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers back to relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement. Business Impact: Drive Cloud & Support consumption growth by helping decision makers understand Microsoft’s M365 value proposition and maximize value from investments. Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-lives of customer success projects, lead technical conversations, and deliver work per Microsoft best practices. Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a growth mindset, align personal skills to team demands, and accelerate customer outcomes through community engagement and IP development. Culture & Values: Embody Microsoft’s culture and values in day-to-day work. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or architecture. OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience on technical projects with design and deployment of AI/Microsoft 365 solutions or related, plus knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures for integrating on-prem workloads with Azure resources. Breadth of technical experience with depth in Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft 365 solutions (Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Endpoint, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365). Other Requirements:
Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the job duties. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 6–8+ years of related experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and consulting roles. 4+ years in a customer-facing role and 4+ years on technical projects. Change management experience and/or PROSCI certification. Business and sales acumen; Cloud certifications (Azure, security, etc.). Deep knowledge of Cloud/hybrid solution architecture for messaging/collaboration environments and expertise in two or more Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, etc.).
