As an AI Business Solutions, Cloud Solution Architect you will be passionate about driving our customers’ business applications & AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. In this customer-facing role, you will own both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements. We are currently looking for AI Business Solutions, Cloud Solution Architect professionals to join our teams across various business groups, for varying customer sizes, in our enterprise, regulated, and partner services organizations. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home. Travel percentages will vary according to role. Responsibilities Customer Centricity: Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. Actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes. Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers to relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement. Business Impact: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft’s M365 value proposition and derive value from the investment. Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services or Teams, Phone, and voice services; lead technical conversations to drive value from Microsoft investments. Deliver work according to Microsoft best practices and policies. Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset and align skilling with team goals; accelerate customer outcomes by sharing expertise and contributing to IP creation. Other: Embody our culture and values. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience on technical projects with design and deployment of AI/Microsoft 365 solutions or related, plus knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures for integrating on-prem workloads with Azure. Breadth of technical experience with depth in Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft 365 solutions (Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Endpoint/Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, etc.). Other Requirements:
Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the job duties. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting; or Master’s Degree with corresponding experience; or equivalent. 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role and 4+ years on technical projects. Change management experience or PROSCI certification; business and sales acumen. Technical Cloud certifications and deep knowledge of Cloud/hybrid environments; breadth in two or more Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Identity and Access, Governance & Risk, etc.).
