What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage complex programs across multiple departments to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
Create and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation while addressing project dependencies
Identify project risks and present implementable solutions or alternatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software lifecycle to enhance finance applications
Leverage knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Audit functions to support various implementations
What is Required (Qualifications)
12+ years of experience managing large-scale Finance or Risk Systems projects
PMI/PMP or Scrum certification
Excellent understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Strong program/project management skills with proven experience in successful project delivery
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in implementing Risk, Compliance, or Audit applications is highly preferred
Familiarity with various ERPs such as PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, or SAP
Certification or experience in LEAN principles and practices
Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
Effective leadership qualities with the ability to influence without direct management authority
