What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage complex programs across multiple departments to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget Create and maintain detailed project schedules, managing change control processes and documentation Identify project risks and present implementable solutions to stakeholders Coordinate project activities across various systems, departments, and teams Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to solve complex challenges in the Finance domain
What is Required (Qualifications)
12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance or Risk Systems projects Proven program/project management skills with successful delivery of projects at scale Deep expertise in Finance and Risk domains to support system solutions PMI/PMP or Scrum certification Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and stakeholder engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience implementing Risk, Compliance, or Audit applications Familiarity with various ERPs such as PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, Workday, or SAP Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices Awareness of Agile methodologies Ability to influence stakeholders without direct management authority
