AI Business Solutions – Cloud Solution Architect Base pay range: $85,100.00/yr - $222,600.00/yr We are seeking individuals to guide customers through significant changes as we embrace generative AI through Copilot, Copilot+ PCs, and Windows in the Cloud. In this role, you will be passionate about driving customers’ business applications and AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. You will own both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements. This role supports multiple opportunities within Microsoft across the United States and may involve up to 50% remote work. Travel percentages vary by role. Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers to relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement. Consumption growth: Develop opportunities to drive customer success by helping decision makers understand Microsoft’s M365 value proposition and maximize value from Microsoft technologies. Resolution of blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services or Teams/Voice subjects; lead technical conversations to drive value and deliver work per Microsoft best practices. Learn and accelerate: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset and engage with communities to share expertise and accelerate customer transformation. Culture and values: Embody Microsoft’s culture and values in daily work. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting. OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience working on technical projects designing and deploying AI/Microsoft 365 solutions or related, with knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures for integrating on-premises workloads with Azure resources. Breadth of technical experience with depth in Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft 365 solutions (Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Endpoint like Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Windows 365). Other Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field with substantial experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, architecture, and related areas; or equivalent experience. 4+ years in a customer-facing role and 4+ years on technical projects. Change management experience and/or PROSCI certification. Business and sales acumen and technical certifications in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) and relevant Microsoft certifications; deep knowledge of Cloud/hybrid messaging and collaboration environments. Depth in two or more Microsoft 365 solutions (e.g., Teams, Teams Phone, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Windows & Cloud Endpoint, Identity and Access, Information Protection, Governance & Risk Management, Compliance Management).
