AI Business Solutions – Cloud Solution Architect role at Microsoft. Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services or Teams/Phone/voice services. Lead technical conversations to drive value and deliver work according to Microsoft best practices and repeatable IP. Technical Leadership

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience on technical projects with design and deployment of AI/Microsoft 365 solutions or related, and knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-prem workloads with Azure resources. Breadth of technical experience with depth in Microsoft 365 Copilot and one or more of the following: Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Endpoint (Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Windows 365). Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the job duties. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Alternatively, Master’s Degree with 6+ years experience. 4+ years in a customer-facing role and 4+ years on technical projects. Change management experience and/or PROSCI certification. Business and sales acumen; technical certifications in Cloud (e.g., Azure, other major clouds) and/or Microsoft 365 fundamentals; certifications in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or related technologies preferred. Deep knowledge of solution architecture and implementation of Cloud and/or hybrid messaging/collaboration/unified environments; breadth across Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, Teams Phone & Rooms, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Windows & Cloud Endpoint, Identity & Access, Governance & Risk, Compliance).
