Senior System Administrator (MSP / Hybrid WFH) Compensation
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus What Youll Do Deliver architecture, build-outs, and cloud implementations as a high-performing Level 3 Senior System Administrator. Act as the final escalation point for technical issues and collaborate across teams to optimize processes. Provide strategic technical guidance around Microsoft Azure. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development, setting the stage for a managerial role. Post-promotion: Manage a team of ~15 engineers, oversee workloads, budgets, and client expectations; drive service delivery improvements and personnel development.
