The CNO will be responsible for providing leadership and coordinating activities that ensure high-quality patient care, in line with system-wide nursing practices and standards. This role involves creating a dynamic vision and strategic roadmap for nursing, fostering an environment of empowerment, professional practice, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, including a background in leading patient care providers and advocating for caregivers. A Bachelor's in Nursing and a Master's degree in nursing, business, or a related field are required, along with experience in quality management, medical management, administration, operational finance, and leadership.
