In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to clients by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.   • Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Handle outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer requests or provide updates.
  • Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer information and interactions.
  • Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication with clients.
  • Apply de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in the process of completing.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations using de-escalation techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
