We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client as their busy season is coming up. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to clients by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Handle outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer requests or provide updates. Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer information and interactions. Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication with clients. Apply de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed or in the process of completing. Proven experience in customer service. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations using de-escalation techniques.
