Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and attentiveness.
• Record detailed notes and input data into the system accurately.
• Provide members with clear information on policies and next steps.
• Offer guidance on best practices and required documentation.
• Utilize SharePoint, web-based member databases, and Microsoft Office Suite efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.
• Adhere to organizational guidelines and protocols for customer service.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
