Overview


Our client, in the property and casualty insurance industry, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team focused on delivering high-quality service experiences with every customer interaction. This is a direct hire, 100% onsite opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia.


This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background, proven call center experience, and a growth-oriented mindset.



Responsibilities



  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls related to account updates, service or billing issues, policy details/changes, and general inquiries.

  • Use internal platforms and policy management system to analyze customer accounts and troubleshoot issues.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to support escalated situations and improve service workflows.

  • Manage daily responsibilities with strong organization, follow-through, and an eye for accuracy.

  • Consistently meet or exceed service metrics and quality standards while delivering a positive customer experience.

  • Demonstrate initiative and a growth-oriented mindset and contribute to departmental process improvements, positioning yourself for growth opportunities within sales, underwriting, claims, or operations roles.



Required Skills / Qualifications



  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment.

  • Technical proficiency with customer service tools, databases, and general PC applications.

  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and articulate.

  • A polished and presentable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
